Service Manager
Position Summary: Service Manager will be responsible for creating daily and weekly job schedule and supervising staff
Duties and Responsibilities: Hire, train and supervise grounds keeping staff- Schedule work for crew and check weather conditions before convening- Enforce contract agreements- Prepare cost estimates- Order work and repairs- Perform quality inspection- Proactively address questions or concerns with the clients- Equipment repairs- Complete End of Day- such as daily time sheets for crew, invoicing, site reports, inventory and sales opportunities
Qualifications: 2-4 years in lead or supervisor position- Associate’s Degree (preferred)- Able to lift and carry 60 pounds- Certified in pesticide applicator- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record- High School Diploma- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills- Able to work long hours during peak production times- Pass a background check, drug screen and basic skills assessment
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00/hr
