Position Summary: Inside/Outside Sales Representative will be responsible in growing the business by solicit new accounts

Duties and Responsibilities: Set challenging goals while addressing and anticipating customer needs on product, pricing and credit terms- Attending industry functions and training events- Contact regular and prospective customers to- Recommend products and services to customers based on customers’ needs and interests- Prepare plans and bids that meet specific customer needs- Consult with clients after sales or contract signing and provide ongoing support- Monitor and evaluate market conditions, product innovations and competitors’ products, price and sales

Qualifications: 2-4 years related turf care sales experience- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)- Strong follow-up and attention to detail- Exceptional customer service skills- Upbeat personality- Certified in pesticide applicator- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record- High School Diploma

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 annually
